Committees

All committees shall be appointed by the President.

Committee chairmen shall be in complete charge of the supervision and operation of committee activities.

Committee members shall be fully accountable to the committee chairman for any actions they take as a committee member.

All committee rules shall require approval of the body by a two-thirds majority vote at a regular scheduled meeting with a quorum present.

Committees shall be appointed by the President Elect prior to the first meeting in July. At each regular meeting, the Committee Chairman or designee shall report on the activities of their respective committees. This report is for informational purposes and any additional comments from the floor shall be held for discussion under good and welfare, old or new business.
